NEW HARDSTYLE SONG | Making Epic Hardstyle Battle Music in FL Studio | Hardstyle Build Up

In this lesson you can listen to an epic hardstyle battle song in FL Studio. It’s basically a hardstyle build up that rises to a climax.

Unfinished hardstyle battle music

The melody of this project has that battle song (fight music) feeling to it. That’s why I decided to add other elements that strengthened that effect, like a snare rhythm, foot steps, a hi-hat loop, etc.

This hardstyle song isn’t finished, but it serves as a sneak peek for you to listen to. There are zero automation clips, no special effects or anything like that. It are basically just musical loops and rhythms for now. But it already seems to work quite well.

How to make natural transitions in your song

By the way, that IS a important lesson. When your musical loops and rhythmical loops are good, many transitions in your song will flow naturally. As you can hear in the project, it already almost sounds like a complete hardstyle buildup. But it’s nothing more than musical and rhythmical loops next to each other.

Pretty amazing how that works. Learn how to make good melodies and chords by visiting these lessons.

This hardstyle song is part of a course

After I released this video, I continued working on this hardstyle song. In fact, the snippet from this video is just the first part of it. There’s now also a climax and a second climax.

The entire project will be totally undressed and analyzed in my Hardstyle Mixing & Mastering Course. There we’ll take a look at each element and how to mix everything effectively for a clean, loud and powerful result.

Feel free to check it out! In the promotion video, you can hear the whole snippet.
