FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. So, if you have any questions, please read this page first before you send me a message.

How can I login?

You need to have a username and password to login. There are different ways to get a username and password:

  • By ordering a product, you need to enter an email address and password. When the order is complete, you can login with those account details.
  • By registering to Screech House manually. Just click the Sign up button.

You will receive an email with your account details. Please, don’t lose it.

If you didn’t receive an email, please wait for it a few minutes and make sure to check your spam folder in your email inbox.

I forgot my login information. Now what?

  • If you only lost your password, please click here to reset your password.
  • If you can’t remember your username, use your email address as your username to login.

How do I watch a course?

  • To watch a course, you first have to get a course. To get yourself a course, go to the products page, add one to your Cart, and go to Checkout to place an order.
  • When you’ve ordered a course, you now have login details that grant you access. So, if you aren’t already, login with your account details.
  • When you’re logged in, simply go to the courses page and click the “Watch now” button next to your purchased course.

Can I watch a course as many times as I want?

Yes! When you’ve purchased a course here at Screech House, you can watch it as many times as you want. There are no watching limitations. Once you have access, you have access as long as there’s internet. 🙂

Where can I download my purchased file?

When your order is complete, you’ll get directed to a page where you can download your purchased file. Simply download the file and save it to your computer’s hard drive.

Are there download limitations for my purchased files?

Yes. For security reasons, there’s a download limitation for each file you order at Screech House. Please, take good care of them and make backups regularly!

I exceeded the download limitation. How can get access to my files?

Each purchase of a digital product at has a download limitation. If you want to exceed a download limitation, you can only do so by purchasing the same product again. When you place an order, you have to agree to the terms & conditions which informs you about the download policy.

As a general advice, be sure to take the necessary steps to backup your files to secure media and locations.

What is your refund policy?

There’s a whole refund policy page on this website that you can find HERE in detail. Depending on the type of product you purchase, there are 2 different refund policies.

For digital downloads

The basic stance for digital downloads is that Screech House has “a no refund policy” due to the digital nature of the products. But that doesn’t mean you can never get a refund. If there are adverse effects for you (as the customer) that fall within the responsibilities of Screech House, please shoot me a message. Either we solve the issue or you’ll get a refund.

For online video courses

I truly believe my products are unique and extremely valuable, so I am very confident you’ll always get my best work. If you apply what I teach in an online video course and you don’t get results, you’ll get your money back within 30 days after your purchase. Guaranteed. Either your songs get better or you’ll get a refund.

The only thing I ask is: please apply what I teach. That’s the only way to make it work.

But if you really don’t want your product, contact me within 30 days of your purchase. I’ll happily refund your payment. Keep in mind that this completely removes your access to the particular courses or files.
